Our October Central Oregon SAQA meeting will be on Thursday 10/19 @ 3:00pm at the Stitchin’ Post. We have an earlier start due to a longer presentation.
This month we will explore the role of a quilt exhibition juror. Come prepared to step out of your creative role and step into the role of a juror. We will talk about quilt exhibition concepts and how a juror must select quilts that reflect this concept. You will then select your show from images compiled by national SAQA. This presentation is adapted from SAQA’s 2017 Annual Conference and should be very interesting. After the meeting we will be gathering for our post meeting social at a local watering hole. We had a great time connecting last month at the Sisters Saloon. It was a treat to spend more time together! If you have the time, please join us.
