Eugene quilt artist Niraja Lorenz shared her award winning work with Central Oregon SAQA at our October meeting. Niraja’s colorful and intricately pieced quilts were inspiring and her power point presentation illustrated the processes used by this exuberant artist.
Japanese printmaking is the theme of the Thursday, November 17th meeting at A6 Gallery and Studio, 550 SW Industrial Way #180, Bend. (note..for this meeting we are NOT meeting in Sisters).
An origami book making class is scheduled for 2:30 pm. Cost is $20 (all materials included) and space is limited. If you want to participate and have not already signed up, please let me know ASAP. At 4 pm our group will have a private tour of the gallery, cost $10. Again, please let me know if you plan on attending.
